just waiting to be felted now. It joins the queue, as this
is still waiting to be finished (it's a noni bag).
Whilst this wrister on the right
was accidentally felted today after it jumped into the wash. Must felt the second one and give them to a small child. One Christmas present less now.
We had a great time in Stash yesterday and a whole bagful of just-in Mission Falls 1824 wool came home with me to knit a striped cardigan. It's based on this design
but the colours are slightly different
and I'll probably be changing the design slightly; maybe a raglan rather than a drop shouldered design, and I'll either have all the stripes matching up or none. I must hold off and finish some more projects first, I have too many socks on the needles!
It's Chris's
birthday today! Which means that after today I officially start the Christmas cards and shop for those Christmas presents which aren't handmade. He's sitting here playing with his wii and wearing his new socks
Happy Birthday!
What's the verdict on the Wii? I'm desperate for the new Zelda but will have to buy the version for Gamecube I think, seeing as we've held on to it for so long.

That is the cardigan I am doing too, if you tell me how to change it to raglan I will be mightily pleased. I was thinking of using one of those Knitting Pure and Simple patterns from top down.....

Happy Birthday to Chris. Now which one is he playing, is it one that requires you to get up and sweat (I was quite taken with the golf whilst trawling through Game although a little concerned in case one of the children accidently through something through the screen ;)
It's good to see that even your accidents are still beautiful enough to be used as pressies, well done!

Happy belated birthday to Chris!
I like this stripey cardi from Mission Falls. Is it going to be your next BIG project?
