How I like doing this stuff! I don't quite succeed each month, but have fun trying!
How did I do?
1) Finish the remaining four tiers of the Forest Path Stole, and the top triangles and seed stitch border.
SUCCESS! Except that the top border is finished after the side borders, so that's what I'm doing at the moment, the right side border. It is so boring. To attach the border you have to draw through the selvedge stitch about 12" of yarn to knit with, then tighten it up when you go back - very tedious! If I'd thought about this beforehand I'd have chosen another way of attaching the border - probably ssk or p2tog rather than this method.

2) Keep up to date on the Mystery Stole 3 Knitalong.
SEMI SUCCESS - I'm about 3/4 of the way through clue 4 - and clue 5 is due out tomorrow. I will catch up this week (and will post photos as soon as I manage to ensure the camera and stole are in the same place, with a charged up camera).
3) Finish 3 jumpers/cardigans for Brigid's Kisiizi knitting.
SUCCESS! Well, sort of. I didn't quite manage three cardigans, but the hats and socks fill that gap. I have to admit that most of these were already knitted, waiting for a Good Cause.
4) Start and finish a garment for me, should have been June's goal.
SUCCESS!
Lynton, from RYC Coast. Knitted in RYC Cotton Jeans, colour Jute. Main pieces machine knitted, all ribbing and edgings hand knitted.
5) Knit my sockapaloozer #2's socks.
SUCCESS!
Monkey Socks, knitted in Lorna's Laces Mixed Berries.
6) Knit a baby garment as a gift.
FAILURE! I still have to knit this. I think my lack of progress in the baby garment area is all down to too much baby knitting.
7) Knit another baby garment as a gift.
SUCCESS! (of sorts; not a baby cardigan, but a hat and bib)
Hat is remnants of some Mission Falls cotton left over from this
washcloth.
So quite a productive July knitting list.
Now for August.
1) Finish the Forest Path Stole! More difficult than one imagines, as it's all seed stitch and boring.
2) and once that's finished, start (but not finish!) the Bee Fields Shawl. I haven't quite decided on yarn, but a lot of people (yes, there's a knitalong) are using honey coloured yarn. I see a new stole shaped one as well, yikes. That's gorgeous too.
3) Keep up with the Mystery Stole KAL.
4) Finish the second Marietta sock
.
5) Start and finish that baby garment which wasn't knitted in July.
6) Start and finish another baby garment for a September baby. It's the Debbie Bliss striped baby cardigan which I've knitted before
but this time it's going to be blue and cream.
7) knit some socks. Must use some of that sock yarn up!
Now this month we have all of the new Autumn/Winter magazines coming out, so this is a tall order for me! What's the betting that I'm tempted to knit something out of one of the new books?
you've had a lot of successes in July. Can;t wait to see Lynton on you

Wow! July was definitely productive. I'm looking forward to the new Rowan, hopefully there'll be something in there to tempt me.

That's a very successful July! Looking forward to seeing your new August knitting although I have to say I was a little uninspired by my first look through the new Rowan....
